The Chef Ferruccio, also owner of the hotel, proposes every day different menus with a wide choice of dishes, wisely mixing local, regional and national dishes.
Our cuisine, very well cared for and rich in flavours, will satisfy even the most demanding palates. On request we can also prepare menus for athletes, vegetarians or celiacs.
